The wine derives its unique flavor from the ancient roots of Land-of-Israel wine. The grapes are grown by a unique method. They benefit from the cool, fresh air of Hebron and the desert dryness of the Book of Numbers, and they are harvested by hand. The grapes are dark purple, verging on black.
