This sefer, written in Kiryat Arba-Hebron, constitutes a collection of practical halachic questions and answers pertaining to Choshen Mishpat and Even HaEzer.
This collection is one of the most important to emerge in our generation. It is the first sefer of Rabbi Dov Lior, the Chief Rabbi of Kiryat Arba-Hebron, and is the first in a series that will be published, G-d willing. The collection consists of questions asked of Rabbi Lior throughout his long career, starting from when he served as the rabbi of Kfar HaRo'eh.
