Our merlot enjoy mature leisurely as it basks in the warm sun of the Judean mountains, by day while caressed by a cool maritime breeze coming from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal climate allow the fruit to fulfil its full potential, offering rich, ripe and concentrated flavors of juicy plum and black cherry.
This wine was delicately and carefully aged eighteen months in the finest French and American oak barrels enjoy with roasted meats, grilled poultry or rich cheeses.
To decant 1 hour – serve at 16c-store horizontally in a dark place below 18c.
The wine is from the year of 2001.
