The "Or Gilad"-(light of Gilad) Olive Oil is pure olive oil, pressed from olives grown at the Gilad Farm in the Shomron in Israel. This kosher olive oil was processed under the strict supervision of Rabbi Dov Lior, Chief Rabbi of Hebron-Kiryat Arba. Hebron and Kiryat Arba have close ties to the Zar family and the Gilad Farm. Two of Gilad's sisters and one brother live in Hebron. Gilad Zar HY"D was murdered while traveling the roads of the Shomron where he lived with his wife and eight children, and worked as security officer for the entire area. At the site of his murder, Gilad's family initiated the Gilad farm, in his memory. Here olives were grown using organic agricultural methods and cold press production. Quantity: 500 ml.
