Our cabernet sauvignon matures gently in the warm days and cool nights of the Judean Mountains, close to maritim breeze coming straight from the Israeli coastal plain. This ideal climate allows the fruit to reach its entire flavor potential, offering full of ripe rasperry flavors and hints of black pepper with a final note of aromatic spices.
This wine was delicately fermented upholding the wine making tradition and carefully aged eighteen months in the finest french oak barrels.
It is best served with grilled meats and colourfull ethnic dishes.
To decant 1 hour and serve at 16`C – Store horizontaly in a dark place below 18`C.
The wine is producted by Mishel Moritziano who came to Israel from France and lives in Kiryat - Arba.
The wine is Kosher for Pesach and has the Hechsher of the OU.
